Before checking out, please read through the instructions below, to make your selections easier.

WHAT IS THE ADDRESS BOOK?
The Address Book is used to supply alternative delivery addresses for your order. These addresses are maintained for you in your own private Address Book for future use.

DOWNLOAD PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS:
Download files are available for downloading following confirmation of your order. You will receive an email with the next 24 hours confirming your order and that you may then download your file(s).

While we have tried to make the Download process as easy as possible, we realise that some people may experience difficulties due to bad connections, browser problems, etc.

If you have any problems with the Download process, please contact us. Just send a reply back to your Order Confirmation letter and let us know the problem you may be experiencing so that it can be corrected as quickly as possible.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
We currently offer several options for payments: Bank Check, Money Orders or PayPal.

BANK CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS:

For your security, we do not accept Personal Checks or Cash.

PAYPAL:

PayPal offers a safe and secure method of payment and can utilize your bank account or credit cards for faster processing.
When completing your order, if you do not already have a PayPal account and would like to use that method, select the PayPal option and you will be able to login to PayPal's Secure Site and setup an account for yourself.
PayPal is quickly becoming a standard feature on many Online Stores and helps to protect your private data about your bank account and credit cards.
Instead of giving away this information to everywhere you wish to make an Online Purchase, you only use your PayPal Account and keep your data private.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
To allow you the most affordable methods of shipping, we have included UPS and FedEx.

In addition, there is a third shipping option, DOWNLOADS ONLY.

NOTE: If your order contains ONLY Downloads, please select the DOWNLOADS ONLY Shipping Option so you do not receive any shipping charges. Should you make a mistake, and select UPS or FedEx for an order containing ONLY Downloads, the shipping fees will be refunded to you.

Orders with both DOWNLOADS and PRODUCTS cannot use the DOWNLOADS ONLY shipping method.
